Overview

What it Means to Become a Licensed Certified Facilitator of an Integrity Solutions® Behavior Change Process

Certified facilitators of our behavior change process are change agents. They are equipped with the tools and skills to help employees in their organizations grow both professionally and personally through participating and experiencing our process based learning methodologies.

If you are interested in becoming certified, you must be employed by an organization that has made a commitment to implement one of our behavior change processes to develop it sales or services employees, or their leaders.

If your organization has not already implemented one of our behavior change processes, a Client Agreement must be signed prior to your attending a certification workshop. The Client Agreement will specify the solutions that your organization has purchased to support the implementation of one or more of our behavior change processes.

At a minimum, your organization’s Client Agreement will specify the number of participant licenses1 that have been purchased and the license fee(s) associated with each person who is certified to facilitate one of our behavior change processes. Licenses must be purchased to both facilitate and participate in our behavior change processes.

1 A participant license must be purchased for every employee who will be participating in the behavior change process.
