Congratulations!
Soon we will have the pleasure of meeting and welcoming you to our corporate training facility in Scottsdale, Arizona to participate in an Integrity Solutions^® facilitator certification program.
The corporate staff of Integrity Solutions^® wants your experience to be as relaxed and fulfilling as possible, so here are the answers to some frequently asked questions.

1) How Do I Register?

You may register for the certification date that works best for you. Upon receiving your completed registration, Lucia Wheele, Client Solutions Specialist, will call you to confirm your attendance. Approximately two weeks before the seminar begins, Lucia will send you a packet of informatin which will include both logistical and informational materials on your upcoming trip.

2) What About Transportation from the Airport?

There are several means of transportation, one of which is the Super Shuttle. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be obtained right outside the terminal at the outer island curb area. Of course taxis and limousines are also available.

3) What Time Do the Sessions Begin and End?

The schedule for each day is as follows: Monday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday, 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM. Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away from our Corporate Training Facility where the seminar will take place, so book your return accordingly. You might want to arrive at the seminar 20 minutes early each day so you may chat with the other participants prior to the session beginning. We provide snacks and beverages throughout the day.

4) What Should I Wear?

"Business casual" is appropriate for the seminar sessions, but be as casual and comfortable as you wish for the evening hours.

5) What About Meals?

An hour and fifteen minutes is allowed for lunch, giving you plenty of time to walk to the many restaurants in the area. Once the afternoon sessions are completed, you're free to roam the area again for dinner or, if you have a desire to venture beyond walking distance, the hotel concierge will have suggestions.

6) What Will We Cover During Certification?

During the week, you'll have the opportunity to see a 360° view of Integrity Solutions^® process for skill- development and behavior-change. You'll be engaged in the sessions each day from both a facilitator and participant perspective; and you will get a behind-the-scenes understanding of the program philosophy—what makes it unique and why it works. Throughout the week, you will discover the various ingredients necessary to facilitate a change process.

7) What Time Will We Finish?

A special graduation lunch concludes the certification process and serves as a model of the graduations you will conduct for your program participants. Normally, the lunch concludes by 1:30 so please plan your departure any time after that.

8) What Happens When I Return?

You agree to implement the program as soon as possible. As the seminar date approaches, we will be available for consultation or support. Our goal is to help insure that your program implementation is successful.

If you attended for the purposes of evaluating the program, you will be contacted shortly after your return by your Integrity Solutions® representative to determine the appropriate next step in the process.
