Who benefits when leaders model the way?


Organizations that espouse certain values and ethics but have leaders and managers that don’t live by those values create disconnect. Customers will determine whether they receive value from you and whether they are valued by you in every touch point you have with them. Leaders must model the behaviors the organization claims to value. Does what they say match what they do? If not, mistrust and dysfunction can and will take hold.
