Our process is designed to fully equip participants to manage a behavior change process in their organization.
They are equipped with the tools and skills to help employees in their organizations grow both professionally and personally through participating and experiencing our process based learning methodologies. A Client Agreement typically precedes the certification and outlines in more detail the specific solution(s) your organization is purchasing and the related number of participant licenses.
