Bobbi brings over 30 years of experience in the banking industry and more than two decades in learning and development. Throughout her banking career, she has led branches, partnered closely with operations, and consulted with executive leadership, giving her a deep understanding of financial institutions at every level. From frontline tellers and customer-facing teams to lenders, sales professionals, and executive leaders, Bobbi understands how individual conversations and behaviors connect to the customer experience, organizational strategy, and business results.

For more than 10 years, Bobbi has facilitated Integrity Solutions programs, combining her real-world experience with a practical, relatable approach to learning. While financial services remains a particular area of expertise, her work with Integrity Solutions has expanded across a diverse range of industries, including government, agriculture, nonprofit organizations, technology, and heavy machinery.

As a Certified Integrity Solutions Facilitator, Bobbi is skilled at quickly understanding the unique environment of each organization and making the learning relevant and applicable to the people in the room. Her facilitation style helps participants connect the learning to their day-to-day roles, creating meaningful application and lasting behavior change.
