Craft compelling communications that ensure prospects take notice of their solutions This sales prospecting training program is experienced through asynchronous and social learning supported by Integrity’s Digital platform, one 3.5-hour, interactive live learning experience designed to learn & apply Integrity Prospecting tools, three live, weekly application and accountability sessions (supported by targeted digital pre-work) and a virtual graduation ceremony.* Cost is $895/person. To support our learners and ensure consistent standards, the following policies apply to all Open Enrollment and Certification Workshops. Workshop Scheduling: Schedules dates for all Open Enrollment and Certification Workshops will be published at least six (6) months in advance. This scheduling cadence allows learners and sponsoring organizations sufficient time to plan participation and travel, if applicable. Minimum Enrollment Requirement: Each workshop requires a class minimum of six (6) total registered learners in order to proceed as scheduled. Workshops not meeting this enrollment threshold one (1) week prior to the scheduled start date will be reviewed for possible rescheduling. Workshop Rescheduling and Cancellation by Integrity Solutions: In the event that a workshop does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, Integrity Solutions will notify all registered learners at least one (1) week prior to the workshop start date. Integrity Solutions is not responsible for any travel costs associated with cancellations for onsite workshops. Learners affected by a canceled workshop will be given the option to 1) Transfer their registration to a future scheduled workshop, or 2) Request a full refund of all fees paid. Workshop Delivery Format: Open Enrollment Workshops are delivered virtually only via an online learning platform. Certification Workshops may be 1) Held virtually, or 2) Delivered in person at the Integrity Solutions corporate office in Nashville, TN, depending on the workshop type and scheduling. Learner Cancellations and Refund Policy: Cancellation requests by learners received less than ten (10) days prior to the first day of the scheduled Workshop Date or Service commencement date are non-refundable but may be shifted to a future workshop within the next six (6) months. In such cases of cancellation, the participant or sponsoring organization with be invoiced a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled facilitation, along with any applicable costs related to pre-shipped workshop materials, consumed licenses, and/or previously performed services. Exceptions and Support: Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by the EVP of Sales or the Head of Marketing at Integrity Solutions.
