The sales training program includes digital pre-work, two 3.5-hour live virtual sessions, and eight 1-hour weekly sustainment sessions.*

Cost is $1,950/person. Discounts for this sales training workshop are available for groups of 3 or more from the same organization.

Open Enrollment and Certification Workshop Policy
At Integrity Solutions, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, engaging, and seamless workshop experience. To support our learners and ensure consistent standards, the following policies apply to all Open Enrollment and Certification Workshops.

  1. Workshop Scheduling: Schedules dates for all Open Enrollment and Certification Workshops will be published at least six (6) months in advance. This scheduling cadence allows learners and sponsoring organizations sufficient time to plan participation and travel, if applicable.
  2. Minimum Enrollment Requirement: Each workshop requires a class minimum of six (6) total registered learners in order to proceed as scheduled. Workshops not meeting this enrollment threshold one (1) week prior to the scheduled start date will be reviewed for possible rescheduling.
  3. Workshop Rescheduling and Cancellation by Integrity Solutions: In the event that a workshop does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, Integrity Solutions will notify all registered learners at least one (1) week prior to the workshop start date. Integrity Solutions is not responsible for any travel costs associated with cancellations for onsite workshops. Learners affected by a canceled workshop will be given the option to 1) Transfer their registration to a future scheduled workshop, or 2) Request a full refund of all fees paid.
  4. Workshop Delivery Format: Open Enrollment Workshops are delivered virtually only via an online learning platform. Certification Workshops may be 1) Held virtually, or 2) Delivered in person at the Integrity Solutions corporate office in Nashville, TN, depending on the workshop type and scheduling.
  5. Learner Cancellations and Refund Policy: Cancellation requests by learners received less than ten (10) days prior to the first day of the scheduled Workshop Date or Service commencement date are non-refundable but may be shifted to a future workshop within the next six (6) months. In such cases of cancellation, the participant or sponsoring organization with be invoiced a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled facilitation, along with any applicable costs related to pre-shipped workshop materials, consumed licenses, and/or previously performed services.
  6. Exceptions and Support: Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by the EVP of Sales or the Head of Marketing at Integrity Solutions.
