Angie Minah Park

Angie Minah Park, PhD is a leadership, communications, and learning development expert with more than 10 years of experience in coaching, facilitation, training design, and program management. Throughout her career, she has worked with more than 100 clients across 35+ Fortune 500, nonprofit, government, and post-secondary organizations, helping individuals and teams communicate with greater confidence, clarity, and impact.

Angie brings experience across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, transportation, e-commerce, manufacturing, and higher education. Her financial services background is particularly hands-on, beginning with more than six years in retail banking where she held roles in customer service, sales and investment advice, and branch management. She has since worked with organizations across retail and commercial banking, pensions, insurance, accounting, and consulting.

With a PhD in English Literature and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, Angie combines expertise in critical thinking, adult learning, and communication with practical business experience. Her audience-centered facilitation style is engaging and highly applicable, helping participants translate concepts into meaningful changes in how they communicate, lead, and perform.
