Anna Jastrzab

Anna is a consultant, business development executive and speaker who has been facilitating learning and development programs since 2017 and engaged in team building and executive coaching since 2011.

She is a certified facilitator in Coaching, Selling and Customer Service programs based in Behavior Styles®, and a DISC D3 certified consultant.

Having studied Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psych, she is a frequent guest lecturer at the Kozminski University’s International Business School (Warsaw, Poland) and the School of Business at Quinnipiac University (Conn, USA). She has been a guest speaker on behavior and communication styles at the Women in Logistics Forum (largest logistics forum in Poland) and Kozminski University’s Women in IT Summit. 

Anna has worked with both large multinational organizations as well as nascent startups globally in communications modalities; facilitating training programs and one on one coaching with executives and Boards of Directors. Of note is her recent work with the United Nations (CTBTO division), the NGO Geneva Call (Geneva), MassMutual (USA), Brinton’s (UK), PZU (Poland’s national insurance company), Penumbra Inc., Terumo Corp., the Louvre Hotel group and the global no code tech unicorn, Creatio (CA, USA).
