Emma Westbrook

With more than seven years of experience in Customer Success in the EdTech, SaaS, and Learning & Development space, Emma Westbrook brings a unique blend of technical expertise and customer-centered problem-solving to her role as an LMS Administrator.

Her passion for creating seamless, intuitive learning experiences is rooted in her background supporting Higher Education, K–12, and corporate L&D organizations through platform optimization, digital courseware delivery, and client success.  With previous experience as a Client Engagement Manager, Product Specialist, and Onboarding Specialist, Emma’s strength lies in her ability to understand both the technology behind a learning platform and the people who use it.

In addition to her technical and client-facing expertise, Emma brings skill in data analysis, reporting, and information visualization, helping organizations make informed decisions and continuously improve their learning ecosystems. Driven by curiosity and innovation, she thrives at the intersection of learning, technology, and service.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys solving crossword puzzles and playing board games, practicing yoga, spending as much time outside as possible, and enjoying life in the Boston area.
