George is an accredited and certified trainer in Behavioral Change programs (Selling, Coaching, and Customer Excellence) from Integrity Solutions USA. He is also a certified Subject Coach, Internal Verifier, and Inspector for the certification of Customer Service professionals, in cooperation with the Greek Institute of Customer Service (E.I.E.P.) and TDI UK. In addition, he is a certified Assessor in Assessment Tools and Leadership Teams, including personality questionnaires Thomas & FACET5, 360ο Evaluation Manager View & Performance View. His extensive experience in sales and management has significantly supported staff development, enabling the desired behavioral change.

He studied at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences and Administration (BUESPA) and holds an MSc in Business Administration. George began his career as a Marketing & Sales Supervisor at Benetton Co., where he remained for three years. He then spent eleven years at Philip Morris, working as Trade Programs Executive, Duty Free Sales Executive, and Key Account Supervisor, focusing on B2B and B2C sales development across Duty-Free channels. He participated in international teams that designed and implemented projects such as Worldwide Marlboro Promotions and Airport Shelf Personalization. He later worked in Switzerland for Mediterranee Alimentation as Business Development Manager. Since April 2004, he has been a Senior Consultant at Response, delivering over 500 training days. George has collaborated with numerous multinational and Greek companies across development projects in various sectors.
