James Kress

James brings a uniquely broad range of experience to his seven years of facilitating Integrity Solutions programs. For most of his career, James has been a Minister and Spiritual Director while also holding Retail and Human Resource leadership positions at Bank of America, Nordstrom, Target, and Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU).

James’ passion and expertise are in maximizing member experience and employee engagement. He believes that all Integrity Solutions programs are grounded and centered on bringing out the best in people. He believes when people are at their best and truest selves, teamwork and productivity soar.

James is also skilled at customizing Integrity programs to a client’s special needs, easily integrating an organization’s language, purpose, vision, and values to Integrity’s time-tested process and proven principles. He is engaging and inspiring as a facilitator, using modern and relevant stories to enhance program material. Clients experience him as wise, thoughtful, creative, calm, energetic, empathetic, and fun.

James has three grown children and five grandchildren. He grew up and raised his family in the Seattle area, and now lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. His hobbies include fitness, skiing, hiking, and golf.
