Jeff began his career journey after attending Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where he supported his education by working in retail sales at a men’s clothing store. That early experience laid the foundation for a successful 30-year career in medical device sales and leadership.

He started as a distributor with Smith & Nephew, spending a decade selling ENT and orthopedic products. In the early 2000s, Jeff joined Medtronic, where he spent 10 years as a sales representative and field trainer. During this time, he incorporated principles of Integrity Selling into his approach, strengthening both customer relationships and sales performance. He then advanced into leadership, serving for a decade as a District Sales Manager overseeing a large territory spanning from Kentucky to the Florida Panhandle.

For the past three years, Jeff has served as Director of Commercial Training at Medtronic, where he led high-level workshops focused on leadership development and professional growth. His work continues to align closely with the Integrity Selling philosophy, helping individuals and teams build trust-based relationships, communicate value effectively, and drive sustainable results.

In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Jeff is a licensed and certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also a Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Working Genius, equipping him to help individuals and teams perform at their highest level.
