Jeff McKinney

Jeff has spent his career teaching and coaching others to grow professionally and personally. In addition, he has over thirty years of experience selling for his own business ventures, building partnerships and development for higher education and nonprofits and his early career selling in Fortune 25 consumer goods companies. Jeff has a knack for connecting and engaging with people that is authentic, fun and creates a positive learning experience for those in his workshops. After 30 years in front of audiences, Jeff has a strong understanding of communication, how to influence and how to leverage his diverse background to help clients from a wide range of backgrounds. As an entrepreneur, college professor, facilitator and coach Jeff has worked with clients and partners at all levels and across diverse industries and organizations.

His fun and engaging approach to facilitating training for individuals and teams helps people gain self-awareness, build skills and execute on that learning. Jeff also does stand-up comedy, improv comedy, loves live music and is an avid traveler. In addition, he loves to cook and entertain friends. He is currently on the Indianapolis Advisory Board for the Armed Services Arts Partnership and volunteers at The District Theatre. He is located in Indianapolis, IN.
