Joyce brings a wealth of experience from the training space, where she served as a customer experience coordinator and team leader. She has a background in implementation, process improvement, development, and asset management and has worked in supporting Fortune 500 clients. She combines a sharp eye for detail with a strong customer-success mindset to her role as Product Asset Manager at Integrity Solutions. Joyce lives in Toronto, Canada where outside of work, she likes to be creative and enjoys dabbling in different arts and crafts activities.
