Megan Brice

Megan brings over 34 years of facilitation and consulting experience as the owner and Managing Director of Integrity Solutions Centre Australasia, an independent licensee of Integrity Solutions, LLC. She specializes in values-based sales, service, communication, and leadership training, with a
strong focus on healthcare and financial services.

Megan first introduced the Integrity Solutions programs to Australia and New Zealand in 1991 through Morgan & Banks, before establishing her own company in 2003. Since then, she has worked extensively with leading organizations. In healthcare, she has facilitated programs and certified trainers for clients including NZ Health Group, Odyssey, Johnson & Johnson, Janssen-Cilag, Bioventus, PolyNovo, and Medartis. In financial services, her client partnerships span more than three decades and include TMBL, TSB, Tower Insurance, and Southern Cross Health Insurance.

With a B.Soc.Sc. (Hons) degree in Organizational Psychology and Masters-level accreditation in psychological assessment, Megan began her career as a business psychologist. She conducted thousands of psychological assessments, helping organizations match people to roles and identify development needs. This foundation naturally led to her career in professional development and soft skills training. She went on to establish and lead psychological services and training divisions for Morgan & Banks NZ and Australia before fully focusing on training.

Megan’s passion is helping leaders translate strategy into action through their people – enhancing organizational culture, strengthening team performance, and elevating customer experience.
