Mirka Leńska

Mirka Leńska is a business psychologist, executive coach, and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience helping leaders and teams strengthen performance, communication, and organizational effectiveness. Throughout her career, she has designed and delivered leadership development, coaching, and facilitation programs for global organizations across the pharmaceutical, research and development, consulting, and manufacturing industries.

Combining a strong foundation in psychology with extensive corporate leadership experience, Mirka brings a science-based yet highly practical approach to every engagement. During her 20-year tenure as a Training & Development Manager for Schering-Plough/MSD, she led leadership development initiatives and built a reputation for helping individuals and teams navigate change, improve collaboration, and achieve lasting results. Over the course of her career, she has delivered more than 3,500 days of training and facilitation.

As a Certified Integrity Selling® and Integrity Coaching® Facilitator, Mirka helps organizations build trust-based customer relationships while developing leaders who inspire performance through effective coaching. She is also an ICC-certified coach and a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner, with additional certifications in Motivational Dialogue, Solution-Focused Therapy, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Today, Mirka partners with organizations across Europe, providing leadership coaching, team development, and workshop facilitation that equips individuals and organizations with practical tools to improve communication, strengthen leadership, and drive sustainable business results.
