Pam Rodefer

Pam brings extensive real-life experience in sales, leadership and training from working at start-ups to large global healthcare companies. For the past 22 years she has been a sought after consultant and facilitator with organizations for Sales Training, Coaching and Leadership Development. Pam has also specialized in developing customized workshops and training materials. One of her passions is coaching sales managers and leaders to help salespeople reach their full potential.

She is the co-author of Integrity’s Strategic Account Management course, Navigating the Complex Sale®. She also facilitates all of Integrity Solutions’ courses, including Integrity Selling®, Integrity
Coaching®, Behavioral Styles® and custom-designed programs.

Pam is a graduate of The Ohio State University and lives in Columbus, Ohio.”
