Steve Bush

Steve Bush helps leaders, managers and other professionals develop the core competencies necessary to consistently deliver results when implementing change, managing operations, building teams or developing people.

He is a former executive, with 30 years in financial services, insurance, healthcare and non-profit.  He has a broad range of experience with several Fortune 100 companies leading operations and driving large-scale initiatives to redesign processes, install technology and improve management systems.

Certifications include: Certified Master Facilitator  (INIFAC), Certified Virtual Facilitator (INIFAC), Certified Kaizen Facilitator (HFS), Change Management Professional (Prosci & Bridges), Project Management Professional (PMP #1750211 – inactive), Lean-Six Sigma Master Black BeltProsci,  Executive Instructor, Faculty Instructor (Educause & Deloitte), The Rocket Model (Curphy), Integrity Selling and Integrity Coaching.

Steve is Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Bush Group, a California based firm that delivers training and advisory services on a range of professional disciplines for the clients they serve.

He holds advanced certifications in professional meeting facilitation, change management, quality and process design.  He is a former U.S. National Champion in speech and was nationally ranked in collegiate debate.

Steve and his wife live in Northern California in a small gold mining town in the foothills near Lake Tahoe.  They have five adult children between them, one with multiple disabilities, and enjoy riding motorcycles, live music and sitting by a campfire.
