Trent Proper Potter brings over 20 years of experience in people-centered strategy, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness across the insurance, technology, retail, healthcare, and biotech industries. His background includes leading large-scale leadership development, facilitation, and change management initiatives that have influenced more than 20,000 employees worldwide.

Certified in Integrity Selling™, Integrity Coaching™, Communicating With Impact!™, and Integrity Prospecting. Trent held leadership roles at Apple Inc. for 13 years where he helped cultivate high-performing teams and shape powerful learning experiences to drive exceptional results. In addition to his corporate leadership experience, he has spent the past nine years running his own leadership development consultancy firm, partnering with organizations to design and deliver programs that elevate capability, culture, and results. He now brings that combined corporate and entrepreneurial perspective to his work with Assurant. Skilled in instructional design—including ADDIE, SAM, and data-driven evaluation—Trent creates learning solutions that resonate with diverse audiences and produce measurable outcomes.

Trent is known for his ability to connect authentically with participants and create an environment where all learning styles can reflect, stretch, and engage. Outside of his professional work, Trent is passionate about experiences that foster connection—food, music, travel, and the outdoors. He enjoys cooking, baking, exploring nature, and running a small woodworking business where he crafts custom frames and high-end furniture.
