Trent Proper Potter brings over 20 years of experience in people-centered strategy, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness across the insurance, technology, retail, healthcare, and biotech industries. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with senior leaders and executive teams to translate strategic priorities into practical leadership behaviors, scalable capability-building solutions, and measurable business outcomes. His work frequently places him in trusted advisor roles, supporting leaders across every level as they navigate organizational change, culture shifts, and evolving customer and workforce expectations. His background includes leading large-scale leadership development, facilitation, and change management initiatives that have influenced more than 20,000 employees worldwide.

Certified in Integrity Selling, Coaching, CWI, and Prospecting, Trent held leadership roles at Apple Inc. for 13 years, where he worked extensively with senior and executive leaders to cultivate high-performing teams and design powerful learning experiences aligned to enterprise strategy. In addition to his corporate leadership experience, he has spent the past nine years running his own leadership development consultancy firm, partnering with leaders across a broad range of industries to design and deliver programs that strengthen leadership effectiveness, elevate culture, and drive results. He now brings this combined corporate and entrepreneurial perspective to his work with Assurant. Skilled in instructional design—including ADDIE, SAM, and data-driven evaluation—Trent creates learning solutions that resonate with diverse audiences and produce measurable outcomes.
