Sales coaching drives better sales performance. Yet less than half of sales managers receive coaching and almost two-thirds of sales leaders are left to define what sales coaching means for themselves. These are just a few of the many findings from our newest research conducted in partnership with the Sales Management Association. We surveyed 200 sales leaders. Not only did we find that sales leaders in top performing firms coach more frequently and more effectively, but we learned how they coach as well.
