This referral process outlines how you can introduce prospective clients and be rewarded for successful referrals. Compensation: Referrers will receive 10% of the first sale for any referral that leads to a new client program. Ownership of Opportunity: All referred prospects will be managed by the Integrity Solutions direct sales team to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and follow-through. Eligibility Window: Referred opportunities must be closed within 12 months of referral submission to qualify for compensation. Exclusions: Referrals will be reviewed to ensure they are not already an existing client, an affiliate client, or an open opportunity actively being pursued by Integrity Solutions. Introduction Requirement: Referrals must include a warm introduction to a decision maker or key influencer (e.g., via email, call, or meeting). Cold leads or lists of names are not eligible. Integrity tracking: Will occur in the CRM system and be the system of record for tracking.
