Our Story

Founded in 1968 by Ron Willingham, Integrity Solutions spent decades creating and improving a unique learning process that translates knowledge and skills into real-world behaviors.

Based on studies and observations, Ron authored ten books on sales, customer service, coaching, goal achievement, and personal development.

Integrity Solutions was at the forefront of introducing the philosophy of customer needs-focused selling which was radical at the time. This led to the development of first-in-class solutions such as Integrity Selling®, Integrity Service, Integrity Coaching, and many others since. Each is designed to impact not only skills, but also attitudes, values, and achievement drive.

Our mission is to help clients win more customers, keep more customers and grow profitable revenue.

A team of dedicated employees and distributors is delivering on this mission with over 3,000,000 graduates from 130+ countries and more than 35,000 in-house facilitators.

In 2007, the company was purchased by its leadership team and in 2011 Integrity merged with the largest distributor, moving the headquarters to Nashville, TN. Since then we have been constantly improving, innovating and adding solutions to meet the needs of clients today.

Our history

1968

Founded by Ron Willingham offering leadership courses. Worked with Dr. Maxwell Maltz to rewrite the bestseller, Psychocybernetics for children and consulted with Success Magazine. Over the next decade he worked to perfect a learning methodology that created behavior change. Ron has authored ten books on sales, customer service, coaching, goal achievement, and personal development.

1980

Shifted focus to helping organizations improve sales effectiveness through Integrity Selling®. Was at the forefront of the customer needs-focused selling philosophy.

1986

Added focus on customer service training.

1989

Supported sales and service training with the introduction of Integrity Coaching.

1994

Introduced Managing Goal Achievement. Added emphasis in healthcare industry.

2007

A group of Integrity distributors purchased the company.

2009

Integrity Solutions named to Training Industry Inc.'s inaugural Top 20 Sales Training Companies list.

2011

Integrity merged with the largest distributor and moved the headquarters to Nashville, TN. Mike Esterday becomes CEO.

2016

Integrity Solutions named to Selling Power's Top 20 Sales Training Companies and Training Industry Inc.'s Sales Training Companies Watch List. Managing Goal Achievement updated and relaunched as Achieve!

2017

Named to Selling Power's Top 20 Sales Training Companies List and Training Industry Inc.'s Sales Training Companies Watch List for the 2nd consecutive year.

2018

Celebrates the firm's 50th anniversary! Named by both Selling Power and Training Industry to their Top 20 Sales Training Companies lists. Top Sales World includes Integrity Solutions on their 2018 Top 50 Sales & Marketing Blogs.

2019

Integrity Solutions receives two Stevie Awards (for Sales Training Practice of the Year and Sales Consulting Practice of the Year) and is named by Training Industry to their Top 20 Sales Training Companies list for the 2nd consecutive year.
