NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(via BUSINESS WIRE)–Integrity Solutions, the longtime leader in sales performance, training and coaching, announces the launch of “Mental Selling,” a sales performance podcast that focuses on the emotional and psychological drivers of sales and service success. Featuring conversations with sales leaders and industry experts, each episode will delve into the mindset and skillset needed to be exceptional at building trusted customer relationships.

“Listeners tuning in to our newly revamped sales podcast will have the opportunity to hear from some of the brightest minds in the industry about what it takes to overcome the self-limiting beliefs that could be getting in the way of their success,” says Will Milano, VP of Marketing at Integrity Solutions. “’Mental Selling’ builds on the insights shared in our earlier podcast series with new guests, new stories and real-world advice, delivered in a bi-weekly format for fresh, engaging content on a regular basis.”

Previous and upcoming episodes of the sales podcast address such topics as:

  • how beliefs shape sales success
  • developing a coaching mindset
  • making the mental shifts necessary to capitalize on a booming economy
  • fighting sales burnout
  • sales approaches that deliver more customer value
  • unmasking and defeating harmful assumptions about selling

“While exceptional sales and service skills are always going to be important, our research shows that the success of top sales and service professionals is largely due to inner factors, like self-belief, motivation and achievement drive. And these things are only going to become more consequential as the selling environment gets more complex,” says Mike Esterday, CEO of Integrity Solutions. “Our new sales podcast gives leaders, sales and service professionals a chance to reflect on what might be holding them or their teams back and get practical, actionable strategies from the experts to unleash their full potential.”

‘Mental Selling’ kicked off with special guest Mike Fisher, Chief Sales Officer at Sales Bullpen and a longtime Master Facilitator for Integrity Solutions, discussing how beliefs about and view of selling ultimately shapes sales success. Upcoming episodes will feature conversations with leadership expert Kevin Eikenberry, LeadIQ’s VP of Growth and Marketing Ryan O’Hara, and Matt Heinz of Heinz Marketing, among many others.
